| Request | The request was for each apartment to be air-conditioned individually in order to have the possibility of collecting energy data of every consumer. Max integration of outdoor units in the outside view of the building. | Solution | The solution was an inverter-driven Multi Split heatpump system for the main building, VRV III and large duct models of Sky Air for the public area. The remaining part, the VIP buildings, were equipped with an inverter-driven VRV heat pump system as well as gas fire boilers for the domestic hot water system. | ||
| Building Text | All five buildings are situated in a beautiful park, right next to a marvellous beach. The complex boasts outdoor swimming attractions which are the largest water facility of its kind in Bulgaria with a capacity of 2.500 qm. The complex consists of three independent heated swimming pools, a garden of youth wellness centre, a bowling alley and tennis courts. | ||
