| Solution | This is one of the first buildings in Zagreb using VRV for monovalent cooling and heating with Daikin VRV systems. Large exibition area and offices are treated mostly with 4-way blow cassette and floor standing units. Outdoor units are placed outside, next to the building, without any winter protection. Fresh air is supplied by very efficient heat reclaim ventilation system (VAM) which provides 2000 m3/h of fresh air. | ||
| Building Text | Stipić Interart was founded in 1994 and in 2004 moved to a new business building cooled and heated with VRV. As Stipic Interart deals with indoor design they have designed the building according to their needs. Stipic Interart is also a distributor for well known residential and office furniture, so there are showrooms and a warehouse as well as offices inside the building. | ||
