| Solution | Offices are treated with fan coil units and separate fresh air supply by air handling units. Water is cooled by air cooled chiller. For one part of the building VRV IS mostly used for cooling, but also for heating in spring and autumn. Fresh air is prepared by decentralized heat reclaim ventilation system (VAM+VKM). In case of VRV these units are connected to outdoor unit and air is completely prepared to supply temperature by direct expansion VRV system. | ||
