| Request | Beneficiary's request was to ensure partial cooling and heating for the public relations area and offices. The operating system flexibility, the reduced power consumptions proportional to the occupational degree and the adjusted parameters represented the basic requirements in choosing the air conditioning system. Besides all these, it was also requested the noise level be as low as possible and that there be the possibility to provide control by group of inner units for big offices where several devices are mounted. There were also certain special mounting conditions for the piping routes and for the inner and outer units. | ||
| Solution | To ensure all required conditions for the air conditioning system were met, the Daikin Mini VRV heat pump air conditioning system was proposed and chosen as the final solution. The inner units chosen for all air conditioned areas are those of false ceiling that can be connected to the piping, where the suction grid and the lift slots are mounted. The VRV system provides precise air conditioning parameters ensuring a low noise and highly efficient operation. The parameters adjustment is made individually or by group of devices from the control located in each room. The VRV system's reliability and flexibility ensures the areas can be air conditioned for long periods of time. | ||
| Building Text | Started in 2004 and ended in 2005, the sector 2 city hall offices building is a modern building located in the central area of the city in the vicinity of the famous "Halele Obor" trading area. In the central area of the building there is an interior yard provided with transparent roof at the upper part.
